Groundhog Day Without a Groundhog The John C. Freeman Weather Museum 5104 Caroline St. Houston, TX 77004 10:00AM February 2, 2010 The John C. Freeman Weather Museum will celebrate Groundhog Day with the unveiling of its new animal forecaster who will look for its shadow and help predict how many weeks of winter are left. On Saturdays during the month of February, visitors will receive free admission if they can name the official Groundhog Day forecaster. 10:00AM; Free Event. On Saturdays during the month of February, you will receive FREE ADMISSION to the museum if you can name the official Groundhog Day forecaster. The John C.
